Objective

What this training is for

Attacks that reach SMEs almost always come through the same door: a convincing message that someone opened. No tool solves that on its own, because the target is not the system, it is the person.

This training exists to give the whole company the indispensable minimum of cyber hygiene, without jargon and without blaming anyone. It deals with what actually happens day to day, including what has already changed with the use of artificial intelligence tools at work.

The practical goal is simple: that people recognise an attempted scam and know that reporting quickly brings them no trouble.

What is covered

  • Why this concerns you: the real risk, with concrete cases
  • Phishing and social engineering, by email, phone and message
  • Passwords, password managers and multi-factor authentication
  • Data, devices, remote work and the use of AI tools

What you are left with

  • Employees able to recognise and report an attempted scam
  • A clear reporting channel that people actually use, without fear
  • A participation record for the whole team, serving as evidence of the training control

Frequently asked questions

About this training

How many people fit in one session?

It is a large group, designed to train the company in one go: up to 20 participants per session. The price is per session and not per participant; above that limit you run an additional session, with its own fee. So it is worth stating how many people will attend in the quote request.

Does the whole company need this training?

Yes, and that is the intent of the law. Decree-Law 125/2025 refers to regular cybersecurity training for employees, not only for those working in IT. Anyone who receives email from outside the company is within the perimeter.

Will people feel they are being blamed?

The session is built to avoid that. It starts from the premise that falling for a well-made scam is not a lack of intelligence, and insists that reporting early is the right behaviour, with no consequences for whoever reports. That is the point most worth landing.

How often should it be repeated?

Yearly is the sensible interval, and it matches the rhythm the law describes as regular training. It is also worth running the session for people who join after the last group.
