Guided implementation
Regular guidance through the implementation of QNRCS controls: working sessions, review of policies and procedures, support in collecting evidence and answers to questions between sessions.
Deliverable: controls implemented and documented on the platform, with evidence attached and measurable progress.
Supervision readiness
For those who have implemented and want to face the authority with confidence: independent review of evidence, audit simulation and identification of the gaps to fix before the real day.
Deliverable: a readiness report with prioritised corrections and reviewed evidence.
